What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or Paypal.

How do I return an item?

Please refer to our returns page for further information on returning an item.

Do you accept returns for a refund?

Unfortunately returns can only be processed as an exchange or store credit. The store credit will be valid for 6 months.  

How do I know when you have received my return?

All returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving returned item and you will be notified via email once received, processed and re-shipped.

Do I need to pay postage on returns?

Yes it is the customers responsibility for any shipping costs incurred for a returned item.

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving item to be applied.

How do I use a promotional code?

Enter your promotional code into the gift card or discount bar at the checkout and hit ‘Apply’. The discount will be applied to your total order amount. Only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For more information on international shipping costs and policy please refer to our Shipping page.

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of your purchase and cleared payment. Please allow for a couple of extra days for shipping if you order an item over the weekend or on a public holiday.

How can I track my order and know when it has been shipped?

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number and link to track your item.
