Rest assured ladies, we do offer returns for an online credit on all full priced items. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and confident to wear what you purchased and rock it !
By completing an order and processing your payment with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.
Items must be returned to our office within 14 days from receival date. All returns will be processed within 3 days of Love in the City receiving returned item and you will be notified via email once received, processed and re-shipped.
Your online credit will be valid for 6 months after issue date.
The online credit can be used to purchase another size in the item. We cannot carry out a straight exchange as you can appreciate we cannot hold stock and cannot guarantee we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags and original packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by customer.

Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your garment has a fault. If you can send information on product, fault and attach a photo for our understanding. We will then attend to this matter with our highest priority to arrange the best course of action. Any claims on faulty garments must be made within 5 days of receiving item, therefore we recommend you inspect the item thoroughly upon receival.
