Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Information for Australian Orders
For all Australian orders we use Australia Post and offer standard shipping at $6.95 and express shipping at $9.95 per order.
For express shipping please allow 1-2 Business days for delivery in metro areas and 2-4 for regional areas.
For standard shipping, please allow 3-5 Business days for metro and 5-7 in regional areas.
We offer free express shipping on all Australian orders over $100 or more. The free shipping will be automatically applied at the checkout. Please note the total of $100 is excluding the shipping cost.
Shipping Information for International Orders
All international orders will be shipped through Australia Post with standard shipping. Please allow 7 - 21 days for delivery (depending on which country you live)
New Zealand orders we offer a flat rate shipping cost of $19.00 and all other countries is a flat rate shipping fee of $29.00.
Please note we are not responsible for another country’s taxes or custom charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered nor any delays in transit. We suggest you contact your local customs office to obtain any further information relating to this and any additional custom fees if applicable.
Processing of Orders
Orders will be processed, packed and shipped after payment has been cleared during business days, which is Monday to Friday each week. This excludes public holidays in Queensland.
If you order any of your items during the weekend or on public holidays, your order will be processed the following business day.
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to dispatch your order. Once order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can track your purchase.
Please note above mentioned delivery times can vary depending on the time of year, holiday periods and weekends.
If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia post will leave a collection card directing you to your local post office where you can collect your parcel. Alternatively you can request your parcel to be left in a safe place without a signature. However please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and details at checkout, so please ensure you double check details before submitting order, we will not offer reimbursement for the package if it is delivered to the incorrect address.
Love in the City is not liable for delivery errors if we are given incorrect delivery address and/or the customer is not home to accept the delivery. Once the parcel leaves our location, we are not liable for any errors made by Australia Post.
